War Memorial Park
Centrally located in front of the old Railway Station, there is plenty of parking, clean and modern public toilets (two each for male and female). There is an electric BBQ, two gazebos with tables and chairs, a huge shady gum tree with wrap around seating, paved area surrounded by garden beds and turf.

Anstey Park
On the opposite side of Railway Terrace, between café Lot 39 and the post office, Anstey Park (named after Councillor Anstey who served from 1932-1946) has a lovely gazebo and a nice lawn to relax and meet up with friends. The CWA building at the back of the park was built in 1954.
