Published on Friday, 13 December 2024 at 11:53:48 AM

Wishing you a happy and safe holiday season and New Year.

From all of us all at DDWA, we hope you can make time to recharge, reflect, and enjoy the season.

DDWA's office is closed from 20 December 2024, 5pm, until 6 January 2025, 9am.

Thank you for being a part of our community and for your ongoing support.

Here are a couple resources for the summer and holidays when some services may be closed:

With Australian summer into swing, visit our online resources about "Staying Safe and Getting Ready for Bad Weather". We’re talking cyclones, storms, floods, and bushfires – situations that can get pretty intense, especially if you’re a bit unsure about what steps to take. This web page has ideas, checklists and tips on what to consider to be prepared: https://ddwa.org.au/emergency-weather-vulnerable-people-intellectual-disability-tips-prepare-stay-safe/.
